If you should happen to miss the conference, you will be able to access the platform and its recorded content on demand for 6 months . All access information will be sent to any registrants unable to attend via email after the live show date. The original username and password created during registration should be used to access the on-demand show.
Interacting with the online environment requires a Windows PC with Internet Explorer 6.0 minimum, or Firefox 3.0 to 3.0.17 and 3.6. Mac with Firefox 3.0 to 3.0.17 and 3.6 and Safari 3.1 or higher are also supported.
We support Windows XP and Windows Vista on PCs. Leopard, Tiger, and Snow Leopard are supported on Macs. Linux Fedora Core 10 is also a supported operating system.
Upon entering the conference, a system check will be run to identify computer requirements that need to be addressed to interact with the online show. It is recommended to view the environment with the display resolution of 1024 x 768. To run the system check, click here.

Sure, our content will be available for at least 3 months. You will just have to register to the virtual event and log on our platform.
Unfortunately, our conference program do not provide educational credits.
You will receive a login email on the day of the show. Your login ID will be your email address and the password is the one you created at registration.
On the day of the show, if you cannot remember your password, you will have to use the “Forgot my password” function available on the login page.
