Denise Calaprice, Ph.D

As an integral part of the Avoca Research Team, Dr. Calaprice provides support in the area of CRO management to pharmaceutical companies and in the development of Relationship programs for both pharmaceutical companies and CROs. Denise is responsible for the development and oversight of the Avoca survey instruments and data analysis plans for Avoca clients.
Denise has extensive experience in directing clinical research programs in a variety of settings, including academia, CROs, global pharmaceutical and small biotech companies. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in biology from Harvard University and her M.S. and Ph.D. from Princeton, Dr. Calaprice entered the world of clinical research as an NIH postdoctoral fellow at Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons.
